We are currently looking for caring and dependable Care Assistants to join our team and provide support to individuals in their own homes.
As a Care Assistant, you will help people maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life while providing practical, personal and emotional support.
The role may include:
Supporting with personal care and daily routines
Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting individuals with mobility and independence
Preparing meals and assisting with eating and drinking
Supporting with household tasks
Providing medication prompts where appropriate and within your training
Accompanying clients to appointments or activities where required
Observing and reporting changes in a person's wellbeing
Maintaining accurate care records
Following individual care plans and company procedures
Working respectfully with families and other professionals
What we're looking for

Essential requirements
Minimum 6 months' experience in a care or support role
Full UK driving licence
Access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel
Right to work in the UK
Willingness to undertake required training
Willingness to complete appropriate employment checks, including DBS where required
A relevant Health & Social Care qualification and experience in domiciliary care, dementia care, learning disabilities or supporting older people would be advantageous
